What items are returnable?

Items are returnable if they meet the following requirements:

Within 12 days from the date of receiving
Unused and resalable condition
In the original packaging with all the tags intact

How do I make a return?

To start your return process, please email alewis@genoaavenue.com your order number and reason for return. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your return to be approved. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

Refund to the original payment method
Refund to store credit (if applicable)

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or the items don't fit you, please contact us at alewis@genoaavenue.com and return within 12 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once the return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. Please note that it would cost you a shipping fee for the return.

For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. When approved, you will receive your refund in the method of reimbursement selected in your return request (either original form of payment or store credit).

Can items be exchanged?

While we cannot accommodate product exchanges, customers should follow the return process to receive a refund for their item to their original form of payment.

Can I exchange or return items gifted to me?

We do not offer exchanges for gifted items. If you’d like to return gifted Genoa Avenue products, please contact our support team at alewis@genoaavenue.com for further assistance.
